Had a fantastic group trip! We visited the Dia de los Muertos festival, full of life and great food. Took a walk along the Embarcadero, and it made for some beautiful memories. The room was clean and spacious. The shuttle service made getting around easy.

Everything was perfect, very very helpful stuff, beautiful views of the marina. The location was stunning and amazing, so close to airport, and my bed was comfortable. It was also very close to the waterfront, the waterway- nice walking trail and the San Francisco Bay ferry.

Stunning location so close to nearby restaurants, San Francisco itself and the surrounding area with private parking. And 15 mins walk to a 73rd-floor observatory.

The service was excellent, the food was appetising. Central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV in cheap and attractive rooms were awesome. The staff was affable, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out.

The Shuttle service provided to and from city center is a real value . The sea side view is very romantic, specially at sun rise / set.
Not having a variety of cheese for the complementary breakfast.

The King Room with Water View was comfortable, with a beautiful view of the waterfront. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved spending time by the water and exploring the nearby attractions.
Breakfast options were limited.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The walk along the path hear the water is very nice. Also, they have multiple shuttle vans and are willing to accomodate guest's requests as conveniently as possible, including airport and bart
Unfortunately, it is not close to a bart station; however, the hotel will pick you up (and drop you off) at the airport and/or the closest bart station with free shuttle vans.

Clean room, waterview room had no highway noise at all. The location was great as a base for San Francisco trips.
Hotel a bit difficult to navigate at first. TV in my room was in bad shape and picture on most channels was shaky.

The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the complimentary breakfast with a decent selection. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and I really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads-up, the road noise from my room was a bit much, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

Clean room, large bathroom, comfortable lounge with wifi, good complementary breakfast, decent rates, and very well located. I'll be back.
Could have had wifi in the rooms instead of Ethernet.
